A two-ended solid brass acupressure stick for an aching lower back and knees. A large round end for broad spots, a small round tip for small hollows, and a ringed handle that rests in your fingers, so your thumbs don't have to do the pressing. Use it on the spots our free guide teaches, like Zhaohai (KI6) below the inner ankle bone for the lower back, and Dubi (ST35) beside the kneecap. No batteries, no charging, nothing to plug in.
Two ends, two jobs
- Large round end (12 mm across): for broad spots, like the arch of your foot and the heel pad. Press slowly and hold.
- Small round tip: for small hollows, like the soft dip right below the bony bump on the inside of your ankle. It is rounded, not sharp.
A handle that won't slip
The handle has raised rings, like the joints on a bamboo stem. Your fingers rest between them, so the stick stays steady when you lean in. The polished surface glides over skin and wipes clean in seconds.
How to use it
- Sit down. Rest your foot on your other knee or on a low stool.
- Hunt for the spot that stings. That's the one.
- Stay on it: small circles, 1–3 minutes. Then move to the next spot.
Where to press: Yongquan (KI1), Zhaohai (KI6), Kunlun (BL60), Dubi (ST35)
- Lower back: the soft hollow right below the bony bump on the inside of your ankle. Then along the inner edge of your foot, from the heel toward the big toe.
- Knee: the soft hollows on each side of the kneecap, near its lower edge. Use the tapered end.
- Pain down the leg: the hollow between the bony bump on the outside of your ankle and your heel.
- Feet: the dip in the sole that shows when you curl your toes. Then the arch and the heel pad, with the round end, one spot at a time.
Step-by-step routines are on our free How To Use page. This stick does not come with videos or printed lessons.
Stick or pen?
We also sell The Neuro Reset™ Acupressure Pen. The pen is slimmer, with a smaller round head and a fine tip, for small spots. This stick has a larger round end and a ridged handle. If your lower back or knees ache most, start with the stick. For your hands and head, or the nights an ache wakes you, start with the pen.
Size and finish
- Length: 12.5 cm (4.9 in)
- Round end: 12 mm (0.47 in) across
- Solid brass with a polished finish
- Light enough for a pocket, a bag or the bedside drawer
Sizes are measured by hand and may vary by 1–2 mm. The colour may look slightly different on your screen. If you are allergic to brass, copper or nickel, check with your doctor before you buy.

Who is behind The Neuro Reset
Nguyen Duy Phong. He has spent fifteen years studying traditional Vietnamese medicine. We did not make this stick. We chose it, and we wrote the free guide that shows where to press.
Please read
Stop if it still hurts after you lift the stick off, if the pain spreads, or if the area is swollen, hot or red. Don't press on broken skin, bulging veins or a recent surgery site. Do not put the tip inside your ear.
For general wellbeing. This stick is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take blood thinners, talk to your doctor before use.

We prepare it in 1–5 business days, then it usually takes 10–20 business days to reach you.
That's longer than a big online store, and we'd rather tell you now. We'll email you when it ships.
Returns: you can ask to return an unused stick within 30 days of delivery. Email us first, before you send anything back. If it arrives broken or wrong, we send a free replacement.
Please talk to your doctor first if you:
- are pregnant
- take blood thinners, or bruise easily
- have an open wound, cut, rash, or bruise on the area
- have varicose veins or a blood clot in the leg
- have lost feeling in your feet (for example, from diabetes)
- had surgery, a fracture, or a joint replacement in that area recently
- have pain that came on suddenly, or pain with fever, weight loss, or loss of bladder control
- are allergic to metals such as nickel or copper
Never press directly on a wound or broken skin. Do not put the tip inside your ear.
Where does it hurt?
Pick your area. Our free guide shows where to press. These spots come from traditional Vietnamese acupressure. They have not been tested in scientific studies, and we can't promise results.
-

Lower back
See where to pressYou'll press along the inner edge of your foot — the curved line from your big toe to your heel. In our method, that line mirrors your spine.
-

Knee
See where to pressYou'll press the soft hollows on each side, right below the kneecap, and a spot on the outer shin a hand's width lower.
-

Pain down the back of the leg
See where to pressYou'll press the back of the leg — the crease behind the knee — and the outer edge of the heel.
-

Feet
See where to pressYou'll press the arch, the heel, and the ball of the foot — slowly, one spot at a time.
Hunt for the spot that stings. That's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes.
The round end
When your lower back and knees ache
Your own lower back is hard to reach, and pressing with a thumb gets tiring fast. The round end is wider than the handle. Roll it slowly along the inner edge of your foot, from the heel toward the big toe. In our method, that line mirrors your spine. For the knees, rest the small tip in the soft hollows on each side, just below the kneecap.
Hunt for the spot that stings. That's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes.
Keep one close
Keep it within reach
The tapered end has a small round tip for the soft hollow right below the bony bump on the inside of your ankle. It is not a needle. Hunt for the spot that stings — that's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes.
It sits in the palm of your hand, so it's easy to keep by the bed or in the car (only when parked, never while driving).

Each routine shows where to place the stick, how firm to press, and how long to hold.

Questions about the stick
Will it take my pain away?
We can't promise that, and no one honest can. Many people use pressure as one part of looking after a long-term ache, along with what their doctor advises. Our free guide shows you how to do it well.
How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?
We prepare it in 1–5 business days, then it usually takes 10–20 business days. We'll email you when it ships.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please email us at theneuroreset@gmail.com with your order number before you send anything back. Once we approve the return, we'll email you the return address and the steps.
For a change of mind, you pay the return postage, and the original shipping cost, if any, is not refunded. If your order was shipped into the EU, you also have a 14-day right to cancel.
What if it arrives broken or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery at theneuroreset@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send you a free replacement. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.
How do I use it?
Sit down. Open our free How To Use page and pick where it hurts: lower back, knee, pain down the leg, or feet. Place the stick on the spot shown. Hunt for the spot that stings — that's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes, then move to the next spot.
The guide is online and free. The stick does not come with videos or printed lessons.
Is it right for me?
It is made for people who live with a long-term ache in the lower back, knees, legs or feet, and want something to do at home, sitting down. You do not need any experience.
If your pain is new or sudden, or comes with fever, numbness or loss of bladder control, see your doctor first. Not sure? Email us where it hurts and we will point you to the right routine.
Will it hurt?
The right spot stings when you find it. That's how you know it's the one. Hunt for it, stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes. Stop if it still hurts after you lift the tool away, if the pain spreads, or if the spot is swollen, hot or red. The small tip is rounded. It is not a needle. Use the large round end on tender areas, like the heel pad.
Why buy a tool when I could use my thumb?
You can use your thumb, and our free guide shows how. But if your thumbs are stiff or tire quickly, the stick does the pressing for them. The handle gives your fingers a steady grip, and the small tip reaches hollows a thumb is too wide for.
How is it different from your Acupressure Pen?
Both have two ends. This stick has a larger round end and a ridged handle with two rings. The pen is slimmer, with a smaller round head and a fine tip. If your lower back or knees ache most, start with the stick. For your hands and head, or the nights an ache wakes you, start with the pen.
Is it a good gift?
Yes, for a parent or a friend who lives with a sore back, knees or feet and has no one at home to press the sore spots for them. Our free How To Use page shows them where to place the stick, step by step, sorted by where it hurts, so they can use it on their own. The stick itself does not come with printed lessons, so you could write theneuroreset.store/pages/how-to-use inside your card.
We prepare your order in 1–5 business days, then delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, so order early for Christmas. You can send it straight to them: enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
Can I use it on Yongquan (KI1) and Zhaohai (KI6)?
Yes. Those are two foot spots in our free guide. Rest the round end in the dip in the sole that shows when you curl your toes. Put the small tip in the soft hollow right below the bony bump on the inside of your ankle. Hunt for the spot that stings — that's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes.
Is this a medical device?
No. It is a hand tool for pressing points at home. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It does not replace your doctor or your medicine.
The Neuro Reset shares traditional Vietnamese acupressure for general wellbeing. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before use.
