Where is my order?
Every tool ships from our partner workshop. Here is how to see where yours is.
Orders ship in 10–20 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping is free on all orders.
How to find your order

Open your order email
Right after you order, we email you a confirmation. Tap the button View your order. It opens a page that shows your order and where it is.

Watch for the shipping email
When your parcel leaves, we send a second email. If your parcel has a tracking number, the tracking link is in that email.

Or sign in to see all your orders
Tap Open my orders below and enter the email you used to order. We send you a 6-digit code. Type it in and you will see every order. No password needed.
Can't find it?
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from The Neuro Reset. Still nothing? Write to theneuroreset@gmail.com with your name and order number. A real person reads every email.
