Round-End acupressure stick: large round end, small tip, steady grip The Neuro Reset™ Round-End Stick
$25.20$27.99-10%

A curved wooden stick with two ends. The small round end is a little ball on a slim neck, for small spots like the hollow below your inner ankle bone. The wide flat end is for broad areas like the arch of your foot and the heel pad.

14 cm (5.5 in) long: long enough to reach your soles from the edge of the bed, small enough to sit in your palm. Made of natural wood, warm to the touch and never cold on bare skin. Every stick has its own colour and grain. No batteries.

Where does it hurt?

Pick your area. Our free guide shows where to press. These spots come from traditional Vietnamese acupressure. They have not been tested in scientific studies, and we can't promise results.

  • A thumb pressing right below the inner ankle bone of a bare foot resting on a teal towel

    Lower back

You'll press along the inner edge of your foot — the curved line from your big toe to your heel. In our method, that line mirrors your spine.

  • A thumb pressing into the soft hollow at the edge of the kneecap

    Knee

You'll press the soft hollows on each side, right below the kneecap, and a spot on the outer shin a hand's width lower.

  • A thumb pressing the hollow behind the outer ankle bone, next to the heel

Pain down the back of the leg

You'll press the back of the leg — the crease behind the knee — and the outer edge of the heel.

  • Two thumbs pressing the ball of a bare foot, below the toes

    Feet

You'll press the arch, the heel, and the ball of the foot — slowly, one spot at a time.

Hunt for the spot that stings. That's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes.

Two ends, no sore thumbs

Let the stick do the pressing

Your thumb tires after a few presses. The stick doesn't. The small round end fits the soft hollow right below the bony bump on the inside of your ankle. The wide flat end glides along the arch of your foot, or rests on the heel pad.

Keep one close

Keep it within reach

Some aches wake you in the night. Keep the stick on your bedside table, so you can sit on the edge of the bed and press without hunting for it. It is light, about 30 g.

Our free online guide is there for them as well.

Who is behind it

The person behind The Neuro Reset

Nguyen Duy Phong writes the free guides on our website. They show where to place the stick, how firm to press, and how long to hold.

Not another tool in the drawer

Many tools arrive with a tiny leaflet, or nothing at all, and end up in a drawer. Our free How To Use page is sorted by where it hurts: lower back, knees, legs and feet.

Each routine shows where to place the stick, how firm to press, and how long to hold. It is open the day you order, so you can find each spot with your thumb while your stick is on its way.

Questions about the wooden stick

Will it take my pain away?

We can't promise that, and no one honest can. Many people use pressure as one part of looking after a long-term ache, along with what their doctor advises. Our free guide shows you how to do it well.

How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?

We prepare it in 1–5 business days, then it usually takes 10–20 business days. We'll email you when it ships.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please email us at theneuroreset@gmail.com with your order number before you send anything back. Once we approve the return, we'll email you the return address and the steps.

For a change of mind, you pay the return postage, and the original shipping cost, if any, is not refunded. If your order was shipped into the EU, you also have a 14-day right to cancel.

What if it arrives broken or wrong?

Email us within 30 days of delivery at theneuroreset@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send you a free replacement. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.

How do I use it?

Sit down. Open our free How To Use page and pick where it hurts: lower back, knee, pain down the leg, or feet. Place the stick on the spot shown. Hunt for the spot that stings — that's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes, then move to the next spot.

The guide is online and free. The stick does not come with videos or printed lessons.

Is it right for me?

It is made for people who live with a long-term ache in the lower back, knees, legs or feet, and want something to do at home, sitting down. You do not need any experience.

If your pain is new or sudden, or comes with fever, numbness or loss of bladder control, see your doctor first. Not sure? Email us where it hurts and we will point you to the right routine.

Will it hurt?

The right spot stings when you find it. That's how you know it's the one. Hunt for it, stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes. Stop if it still hurts after you lift the tool away, if the pain spreads, or if the spot is swollen, hot or red. Use the wide flat end on tender areas, like the heel pad.

Wood or metal: how is it different from your Acupressure Pen?

The pen is metal, slimmer, with finer tips for small spots, and you can wipe it clean. This stick is wood: lighter, it does not feel cold on bare skin, and it has a wide flat end for the arch and heel. If you react to metals, or most of your aches are in the soles and heels, start with the wooden stick.

Is it a good gift?

Yes, if the person you have in mind lives with a long-term ache in the back, knees or feet. They do not need any experience. Our free How To Use page is sorted by where it hurts, so they can open it and follow along step by step.

We prepare your order in 1–5 business days, then delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, so order early for Christmas. You can ship the stick straight to them: type their address as the shipping address at checkout.

Can I use it on Yongquan (KI1) and Zhaohai (KI6)?

Yes. Those are two foot spots in our free guide. Rest the small round end in the dip in the sole that shows when you curl your toes. Then put it in the soft hollow right below the bony bump on the inside of your ankle. Hunt for the spot that stings — that's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes.

How do I keep it clean?

Wipe it with a dry or slightly damp cloth and let it air dry. Wood can't be soaked or boiled, so if two people at home will use it, give each person their own. If the wood chips or splits, stop using it.

Is this a medical device?

No. It is a hand tool for pressing points at home. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It does not replace your doctor or your medicine.
