About Phong

The person behind the lessons

Nguyen Duy Phong has spent fifteen years studying traditional Vietnamese medicine. He is not a doctor, and he will tell you so.

His story

The Neuro Reset began with one person's own aches, and a long habit of pressing points to look after them.

    Growing up in [..]

An ache that stayed for years

Phong was not a strong child. Later, years of hard physical work left him with a sore back, a stiff neck and shoulders, aching feet, and a shoulder that slipped out of place.

The pain lasted for days, then months, then years. For a long time, the only answer he knew was a pill.

    Fifteen years of study

    Learning to look after himself

Phong turned to traditional Vietnamese medicine. Much of it he learned on his own, and he still follows teachers of traditional medicine every day.

Pressing points on himself became a daily habit. It is how he looks after his own back, neck and shoulders. Over the years, he has pressed points for thousands of people in Vietnam.

    Sharing it

Short videos, and the messages that kept him going

He began filming short videos that show where to press for common aches. People in other countries started writing to him.

There was a time he nearly stopped making videos. The thank-you messages and emails from people abroad are what kept him going.

  4. Today

    The Neuro Reset

Phong wants to help people look after their own health at home, without depending on anyone else.

The Neuro Reset is for people who live with long-term aches in the back, knees, legs and feet. Every lesson is filmed by Phong himself, sorted by where it hurts.

Phong is not a doctor. He shares traditional Vietnamese acupressure for general wellbeing. It does not replace your doctor or your medicine. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before you start.
