Find your spot
Where does it hurt?
Pick the area that bothers you most. Each card shows where the lesson starts, and takes you straight to the steps.
-

Lower back
The lesson starts on your foot: the soft hollow below the bony bump on the inside of your ankle, then along the inner edge of your foot. In our method, that edge mirrors your spine.
-

Knee
You'll press the soft hollows on each side of the kneecap, and the crease right above it. You can stay seated the whole time.
-

Pain down the leg (sciatica)
You'll press the hollow behind the bony bump on the outside of your ankle, and the crease behind your knee.
-

Feet
You'll press the ball of the foot, the arch and the heel pad — slowly, one spot at a time.
Press firm but comfortable. If it turns sharp, ease off.
