The Neuro Reset wooden acupressure stick: light wood, a wide end and a small round end The Neuro Reset™ Wooden Stick
$16.20$17.99-10%

A small metal pen with two ends. The round head (about 4 mm) is for most spots. The fine tip (about 2 mm) is for small hollows, like the one below your inner ankle bone.

About 13 cm (5.1 in) long. Solid gold-tone brass that wipes clean in seconds. No batteries.

Where does it hurt?

Pick your area. Our free guide shows where to press. These spots come from traditional Vietnamese acupressure. They have not been tested in scientific studies, and we can't promise results.

  • A thumb pressing right below the inner ankle bone of a bare foot resting on a teal towel

    Lower back

You'll press along the inner edge of your foot — the curved line from your big toe to your heel. In our method, that line mirrors your spine.

  • A thumb pressing into the soft hollow at the edge of the kneecap

    Knee

You'll press the soft hollows on each side, right below the kneecap, and a spot on the outer shin a hand's width lower.

  • A thumb pressing the hollow behind the outer ankle bone, next to the heel

Pain down the back of the leg

You'll press the back of the leg — the crease behind the knee — and the outer edge of the heel.

  • Two thumbs pressing the ball of a bare foot, below the toes

    Feet

You'll press the arch, the heel, and the ball of the foot — slowly, one spot at a time.

Hunt for the spot that stings. That's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes.

When an ache wakes you

Keep one within reach

An ache that wakes you in the night is a lonely thing to lie awake with. Keep the pen on your bedside table. Sit up on the edge of the bed and press with the round head, about 4 mm across. Hunt for the spot that stings. That's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes.

Keep it by the bed.

The fine tip

Where a thumb is too wide

A thumb is too wide for the soft hollow right below the bony bump on the inside of your ankle, and it tires after a few spots. The fine tip, about 2 mm across, fits that hollow and does the pressing for you.

It is not a needle. Hunt for the spot that stings — that's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes.

Questions about the pen

Will it take my pain away?

We can't promise that, and no one honest can. Many people use pressure as one part of looking after a long-term ache, along with what their doctor advises. Our free guide shows you how to do it well.

How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?

We prepare it in 1–5 business days, then it usually takes 10–20 business days. We'll email you when it ships.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please email us at theneuroreset@gmail.com with your order number before you send anything back. Once we approve the return, we'll email you the return address and the steps.

For a change of mind, you pay the return postage, and the original shipping cost, if any, is not refunded. If your order was shipped into the EU, you also have a 14-day right to cancel.

What if it arrives broken or wrong?

Email us within 30 days of delivery at theneuroreset@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send you a free replacement. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.

How do I use it?

Sit down. Open our free How To Use page and pick where it hurts: lower back, knee, pain down the leg, or feet. Place the pen on the spot shown. Hunt for the spot that stings — that's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes, then move to the next spot.

The guide is online and free. The pen does not come with videos or printed lessons.

Is it right for me?

It is made for people who live with a long-term ache in the lower back, knees, legs or feet, and want something to do at home, sitting down. You do not need any experience.

If your pain is new or sudden, or comes with fever, numbness or loss of bladder control, see your doctor first. Not sure? Email us where it hurts and we will point you to the right routine.

Will it hurt? Is the fine tip sharp?

The right spot stings when you find it. That's how you know it's the one. Hunt for it, stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes. Stop if it still hurts after you lift the tool away, if the pain spreads, or if the spot is swollen, hot or red.

The fine tip is about 2 mm, so it can feel pointed. It is not a needle. Use the round head on tender areas, like the crease behind your knee.

Why buy a tool when I could use my thumb?

You can use your thumb, and our free guide shows how. But if your thumbs are stiff or tire quickly, the pen does the pressing for them. The fine tip also reaches small hollows a thumb is too wide for. The price you see is what you pay.

Is it a good gift?

Yes, for a parent or a friend who lives with a sore back, knees or feet and has no one at home to press the sore spots for them. Our free How To Use page shows them where to place the pen, step by step, sorted by where it hurts, so they can use it on their own. The pen itself does not come with printed lessons, so you could write theneuroreset.store/pages/how-to-use inside your card.

We prepare your order in 1–5 business days, then delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, so order early for Christmas. You can send it straight to them: enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.

What is it made of?

Solid brass with a gold-tone finish. If you have a metal allergy (nickel or copper), ask your doctor first.

Can I use it on Zhaohai (KI6) and Kunlun (BL60)?

Yes. Those are the two ankle spots in our free guide. Put the fine tip in the soft hollow right below the bony bump on the inside of your ankle, or in the hollow between the outer ankle bump and your heel. Hunt for the spot that stings — that's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes.

Is this a medical device?

No. It is a hand tool for pressing points at home. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It does not replace your doctor or your medicine.
