A wooden Y-shaped hand tool with brass beads on the head and a brass tip at the end of each leg. Use the bead head on broad areas, like the back of the leg or the arch of the foot. Use the tips for smaller spots.

You'll press along the inner edge of your foot — the curved line from your big toe to your heel. In our method, that line mirrors your spine.

You'll press the soft hollows on each side, right below the kneecap, and a spot on the outer shin a hand's width lower.

Pain down the leg (sciatica)
You'll press the back of the leg — the crease behind the knee — and the outer edge of the heel.

Who teaches the lessons

In each video, Nguyen Duy Phong shows you where to place the tool, how firm to press, and how long to hold.
He has spent fifteen years studying traditional Vietnamese medicine. He is not a doctor, and he will tell you so.
We didn't design this tool. We chose it. The other half is knowing where to press. That part is ours.
